Further Pictures from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic US Legislators

Development blueprints for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the photographs.

Also featured in this recent document drop appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had formulated plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

Marked on the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section labelling various areas of the property.

In addition to this are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for dock shelters.

Further materials made public as part of the current congressional process.
